New year brings two wins We can’t think of a better way to start off the new year than by picking up two Good Design award wins for Ventus Theravent and Myoscience iovera˚. Our 2014 wins are both focused in the medical field. We’ve stacked up quite a few awards for our work on Ventus Provent and are now gaining recognition for our second product with Ventus. Theravent Advanced Nightly Snore Therapy is a non-prescription, FDA-cleared snoring treatment that costs less than a dollar per night and reduces snoring in 76% of users. iovera˚ uses focused Cold Therapy, a technology that taps the power of cold to temporarily inhibit nerve conduction. iovera˚ disables the nerve, but preserves the nerve structure where the nerve reliably re-grows over time in its original path. Applications include reduction in the appearance of wrinkles, muscular disorders, therapy for pain from arthritis or other peripheral nerve conditions and reduction in dynamic facial lines. …
